Naildash ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Naildash mobile and web application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service.

• Account Information: name, email address, phone number, and password (encrypted) when you register.
• Profile Information: photos, salon name, business address, and service offerings (for salon partners and nail technicians).
• Booking & Design Data: appointment requests, design uploads, chat messages, and booking history.
• Location Data: approximate location (city/state) to match you with nearby salons. We do not track precise location in the background.
• Payment Information: Naildash does not collect or store credit card information. All payments are processed at the salon. Card-processing surcharges (where applicable) are handled by third-party payment processors.
• Device Information: device type, operating system, and push-notification tokens (used only to send appointment notifications).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account.
• To match customers with nearby salons and technicians.
• To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and chat notifications.
• To enable communication between customers, salons, and technicians.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To improve the Service through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only as follows:

• With salons and technicians you book or chat with (name, contact info, design requests).
• With service providers (hosting, push notifications, email delivery) under strict confidentiality.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
