Yes. Naildash is 100% free for both customers and salon partners. There are no platform fees, no in-app deposits, and no hidden charges. Customers pay for services directly at the salon.
Browse designs in the Customer tab, select one you like, and tap "Request" to send the design request to a nearby salon. The salon will accept or decline, and you can chat with them directly through the app.
Tap the "Marketplace Partner" tile on the home screen and complete the partner application. Approval is typically within 1–2 business days.
Technicians can sign up via the "Nail Technician" tile. To upload designs, you must be affiliated with a partner salon. The salon will provide you with an affiliate code.
Cancellations are supported through the app. Rescheduling is currently not available — please cancel and request a new appointment if you need a different time.
Some salons may apply a small card-processing surcharge in compliance with their state's laws. Salons can choose to absorb this fee. The surcharge is shown clearly before you confirm any booking.
Email support@naildashapp.com from the email associated with your account, with the subject "Delete my account." We will remove your data within 7 business days.
Open your device Settings → Notifications → Naildash, and make sure notifications are enabled. Also check that the app has permission to send push notifications.
